I created this course because I know, firsthand, what it feels like to carry sexual shame like an invisible weight or ominous fog.
 
Although my mom did her absolute best to raise me in a home where I didn’t feel shame about my body, pleasure or sexuality; even her buying me my first vibrator when I was 16 couldn’t shield the shame that society would later pump into my veins subconsciously.
 
I know the tightness in the chest, the shrinking of the spirit, the internal war between desire and judgment. I know the inherited silence, the religious dogma, the cultural programming and how it buries our sensual power under layers of fear.
 
But I also know the liberation that lives on the other side of it all.
 
The tools in this workbook + having a safe space to explore myself and my sexuality changed the trajectory of my relationship with pleasure.
 
This course is my love letter to every version of me that ever felt unworthy, dirty, or broken and my offering to every version of you who is ready to reclaim your softness, your fire, your body, your voice and your pleasure.
