WEEK ONE

MEETING OUR SHAME

Week 1 is all about getting to know our shame on a personal level. Unfortunately our shame doesn’t disappear by ignoring it, it dissolves when we’re willing to look at it clearly and giving it a listening ear.

 

In this week, you’ll unpack where your shame comes from, how it shows up in your body, how it’s been quietly controlling your relationship to your pleasure and how to reclaim your autonomy by reframing your story. 

WEEK TWO

getting to know your higher self & your anatomy 

Week 2 is about building a real connection with yourself. You’ll get to know your higher self, whether it's for the first time or getting to know her more deeply.

 

Your higher self is the version of you that trusts herself, feels confident, listens to her intuition and moves with intention. At the same time, you’ll learn your anatomy in a clear, practical way so you actually understand your body and how it experiences pleasure.

 

Basically, we're continuing to unlearn the crap societies been teaching us for years.

WEEK THREE

mirror magic + meeting your embodied erotic self

Week 3 is where you start really seeing yourself. One of my favorite practices to help us with that is mirror work! With this tool you’ll move past the habit of picking yourself apart and learn how to joyfully sit with your reflection without judgment or crisism.

 

This is also where you begin connecting with your erotic self and learn that there's nothing separating you and your erotic self. Instead, you can think of her as a natural part of who you are.

 

This week is about getting comfortable being seen by your own self.

WEEK FOUR

creating a pleasure plan

& participating in your pleasure vision board

In Week 4, you stop leaving your pleasure up to chance. Here you’ll build a clear, realistic plan for how you want to experience pleasure in your day-to-day life, and what that actually looks like for you.

 

Alongside that, you’ll create a pleasure vision board to anchor that vision and keep you connected to it, this is especially helpful if you're a visual learner like me! This is where your desires start becoming something you actively participate in.

WEEK FIVE

your personal pleasure revolution 

Week 5 is where everything clicks into place.

 

You’re no longer just learning about pleasure, you’re actively choosing it. Through self-pleasure practices, intentional rituals, pleasure alters and reflection, you’ll create a relationship with your body that feels consistent and self-led.

 

This is your integration week, your celebration, and your reset. You'll leave this week knowing and remembering how to access your pleasure on your own terms, anytime.
