Although my upbringing was VERY unique, most of the population didn’t grow up with a pleasure positive mom like mine, nor are you normally presented with a “how-to” guide for solo play. 


This my butterflies, is because of SHAME, an insidious creature that has been lurking throughout our societal beliefs for centuries. But guess what? Touching yourself is one of the juiciest, cleanest, healing, most comforting things you can do for yourself.

  11. How can I incorporate a more healthy practice of self pleasure into my life now?
