Pleasure vision boards are all about intentionally focusing on:

• Sensory Experiences: What do you want to taste, touch, smell, hear, and feel?

• Self-Care & Self-Love: How will you nurture your inner and outer glow?

However you create it, make it feel sacred and joyful!

• Physical Board :

  • Grab a cork board, a large piece of poster board, or even a beautiful journal.

  • Collect magazines, prints, fabrics, faux feathers, ribbons, anything that sparks deep joy within you!

  • You’ll need scissors, glue, pins, and perhaps some glitter (because, why tf not?).

Why it’s amazing: The act of cutting and pasting your material  can be incredibly meditative and grounding.

• Virtual Board:

  • Platforms like Pinterest or Canva are perfect!

  • Create a secret board on Pinterest, or design a beautiful graphic on Canva or both!

  • Search for images, inspiring quotes, colors, textures, and even music that evokes your desired feelings.

Why it’s amazing: Virtual boards are wonderful because they can be set as your desktop background, phone wallpaper, or print it out to keep nearby. If you don’t have the time or energy to gather the physical materials virtual vision boards are JUST as helpful.

Mapping Your Ethereal Pleasure Zones: Sections for Your Board 

Think of your board as a map to your most blissful year. Here are some sections to help get your creative juices flowing, but remember beautiful soul, this is your journey so please feel free to customize everything!

• What to Include: Images of calming spaces, lush nature, healthy foods, movement (yoga, dance, somatic movements), luxurious textures, water with fruit, a peaceful meditation corner. Words like "Flow," "Radiant," "Grounded," "Peace."

• Your Why: This section is about how you want to feel in your everyday body and mind. It's all about nurturing your vessel, making it a receptive, joyous home for your dreams to blossom.

2. Igniting My Inner Fire (Sexual Exploration):

• What to Include: Artistic, non-explicit images that evoke sensuality, desire, intimacy, connection, and adventure. • What to Include: Images of laughter with friends, tender embraces, supportive circles, a hand being held, genuine connection. Words like "Belonging," "Harmony," "Love," "Support," "Vulnerability."

• Your Why: Pleasure isn't just physical; in a perfect world it's deeply tied to each of our connections. How do you want to experience love, friendship, and community in a way that nourishes your soul?

Visualizing Your Ethereal Oasis

Once your board is bursting with your beautiful visions, the real magic begins!

1. Place It: Put your vision board somewhere you’ll see it every single day. By your bedside, above your desk, or as your screen saver. I recommend letting it be the first and last thing you soak into your psyche.

2. Feel the Feeling: Don't just look at your board; feel it. Close your eyes, truly visualize yourself living those dreams, and really embody the emotions of excitement, joy, and wholeness. This is the secret sauce.

3. Speak Your Truth: I always recommend reading your affirmations and desires aloud. Speak them into existence. "I am confident. I am open to deep, soulful pleasure. I radiate self-love." feel free to say them white you look into a mirror for a little extra razzle dazzle.

4. Take Action: Your vision board isn't just for dreaming; it's a call to action and it’s the perfect guide for your practice. If you desire to see yourself moving more, sign up for that dance class!
