Dear Ethereal Ones,

How are you? I want to take a moment to say thank you. 

Thank you for walking with me through every soft launch, every moonlit pivot, every boost of self love, every delay, every transition, and every lovingly wrapped package that’s found its way from my hands to yours.

I have a special update for you, Ethereal is about to undergo a rebirth and I can’t wait to tell you all about it!

As many of you know, I created Ethereal in 2019 in my apartment in Atlanta, GA and operated the company on my own for the last 6 years. 

Every single product was handmade, bottled and labeled with love. I handled marketing, sales, content creation, formulating my formulas, customer service and everything else that went into running and operating a business.

Two years ago I made the bold and beautiful decision to save myself & move out of the country while continuing to run Ethereal Self Care, also known as Ethereal by Love Atiya, from abroad! 

Of course this came with some major shifts in operation. 

During that time, I introduced seasonal shipping as a way to ground the business, provide access to my products for my customers who were dedicated to self care, all while honoring the life I was growing behind the scenes. You all celebrated with me through the seasonal changes and continued to support and patiently wait for each package.

You know I’m sentimental! I will always appreciate you all for your neverending support.

Recently after flying to New York & then Atlanta to try to get Ethereal aligned, I had to face the truth... 

Operating multiple businesses from outside of the country from THREE different places is complicated, overwhelming and exhausting as f**k!

I finally realized that it was time for Ethereal to pause, grow and expand her wings but before a caterpillar can turn into a butterfly, she must create her cocoon.

So, with deep love and renewed clarity, I have decided to take that pause and refocus on the deeper grand expansion and elevation of Ethereal Self Care. 

Honestly, I was so nervous to make this decision. I didn’t want to lose all of my customers or disappoint anyone or feel like I was leaving you high and dry! “What about their skin care needs?!” I asked myself in a panicked tone!

But suddenly, I remembered who you all were, how kind your hearts are and I remembered the unwavering support that has kept Ethereal flowing for 6 beautiful years.

So this isn’t a goodbye, It’s a see you real soon!
