Where Is The Ethereal Sugar Scrub?

If you’re reading this it’s probably because you’re looking for my super popular vegan Ethereal Sugar Scrub!

Shoot I’m looking for it too!!! LOL

No, but, seriously I want to have a transparent conversation and give you an update on all things related to my SUGAR SCRUB!

The good news is I am working tirelessly behind the scenes to get this love potion into your hands.

The not so good news is I made a promise to many of you that this scrub would be ready by March 2025 and as much as I wanted to be a woman of my word, that is simply not possible if I want to honor the integrity of Ethereal.

Now, if this is all of the information you need, then perfect. Just know that the scrub is on its way.

But if you’d like some deeper insight, you’ll enjoy what’s written below.

Sourcing The Ingredients

As many of you know, I am no longer living in America. Which means shipping rates are higher than skyscrapers and some of my suppliers won’t even ship to where I am in the world.

Integrity is EVERYTHING to me which means that I am NOT going to purchase and use just any ol’ sugar or any ol’ ingredients that I could get my hands on, simply to make a couple of sales.

I pride myself on creating Ethereal to be an ETHICAL, thoughtful and caring company which means the quality of the ingredients should NEVER vary no matter where I am in the world.

Recently I had the opportunity to fly to a new city and source the very high quality ingredients I needed but I definitely had a few learning curbs (check out my youtube to learn more!)

Time and Testing

Once I had my ingredients, it was time to start my favorite part of the process… CREATING THE SCRUBS

I pride myself on being a cruelty free company which means I do not test on animals and I make sure the ingredients I am using also haven’t been tested on animals and are ethically sourced.

Some of your favorite (or former favorite) companies are able to mass produce because they use cheap ingredients, test rapidly on animals and 9/10 they’re not even testing for people who look like YOU and have skin like YOURS (especially if you are a woman and you are melanated.)

I had one month to test my new scrub and as much as I LOVEEEEE it, my promise was always that I’d test for at least 2 months on willing human testers.

So right now, we are in the testing phase and instead of “speeding up” the testing and putting all of that anxious energy into my products, I decided to give myself time and test the scrub with a few more humans before releasing it to you.

Labels & Marketing

One more fun fact: unfortunately all of my original waterproof ethereal labels are in storage in the states but new labels have been ordered and they’re just as fabulous as the last!

I have the quality ingredients, I have the new labels, I have the new glass jars and all that’s left is the cruelty free testing and then BOOM
